Welcome! We are located inside Nova Phoenix Counseling :)

Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on manual therapy that works with the structure and function relationships between all systems and tissues of the body, rather than chasing symptoms. Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy, looking at the body as a whole unit. It is gentle on the nervous system and helps to re-liberate the 4 rivers of life; nerves, arteries, veins and lymphatics!

Christina’s path towards Osteopathy began with an interest in the human body when she started playing competitive sports at a young age. This lead her to obtain an athletic scholarship to Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, graduating in honors with a degree in Physical and Health Education.

Back in Canada, Christina attended a post graduate degree in Exercise Science and Physiology. This then led her to become self employed as a business owner in the Personal Training and Active Rehabilitation field, focusing on injury prevention.

Working with patients who had injuries led her to want a deeper understanding of the human body. This then led Christina to the field of Osteopathy. where, after an intensive 4 year program, graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario.

Osteopathy has allowed Christina to understand the body in a new, integrative way. She is dedicated to assist people in their quest to a better quality of life and good health by using her knowledge and experience with the human body.
